YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
DYMON offers a range of engaging hands-on activities that strengthens youth's
self-esteem/self-worth, leadership and advocacy skills, social and emotional learning, and interests in literacy and STEAM.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
OUTCOMES

At least 40% of all youth 6-8 grade who participate in the program 90 hours or more will demonstrate growth in Math and Reading/Language Arts state assessments, and improved GPA if their unweighted GPA was lower than 3.0 the year before.

At least 75% of all students who participate in the program 90 hours or more will experience a decrease in in-school suspensions, demonstrate improvement in teacher-reported engagement in learning, and improve their attendance rate compared to the previous school year.

At least 90% of caregivers whose youth participated in the program will report the program offers useful resources and materials; there is always a program staff available to discuss individual youth’s needs; and the program provides an open, welcoming environment for families.

At least 75% of all students who participate 90 hours or more in the program report an increase in their self-confidence/ self-esteem, leadership and advocacy skills, care for their community and others, financial literacy, and career interest in STEAM and/or Entrepreneurship.
